- Manage research logistics and field coordination with partners.
- Conduct a desk review of national and donor policies on risk transfer and financial accountability.
- Organize and facilitate KIIs/FGDs with national and international NGOs, donors, and cluster representatives.
- Draft analytical sections on Relevance, Efficiency, Coherence, and Sustainability.
- Support data cleaning and validation processes.
- Map existing NGO–private-sector coordination mechanisms and partnerships.
- Conduct KIIs with business associations, chambers of commerce, micro-finance institutions, and NNGOs.
- Lead desk review on public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks and Afghanistan’s SME ecosystem.
- Analyze findings on enabling environment, constraints, and scaling potential of joint initiatives.
- Co-author report sections on Relevance, Coherence, and Sustainability.
- Master’s degree in Development, Economics, Social Policy, or Public Administration.
- 5- 7 years of experience in evaluation or policy research in Afghanistan.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance in donor-funded projects.
- Excellent writing skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
