• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to blend graphic design, animation, and VFX seamlessly in projects.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visuals and animations.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation.
• Proven track record of producing creative content for marketing campaigns, social media, or advertising.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects, including VFX work

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience with VFX software and techniques (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing, color correction, and sound syncing.
• Video editing skills, including color grading and sound syncing.
• Familiarity with file formats, resolutions, and best practices for digital publishing.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and explain creative ideas.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Creative mindset and openness to experimentation.
• Time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Work Flexibility:

• Willingness to work on different types of projects, from quick social media edits to larger branding campaigns.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

Portfolio Requirement

• A digital portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including graphic designs, edited videos, and animations.
• Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work (links or samples) with their application.
