- Design and deliver training programs for agents, staff, and partners
- Develop bilingual training materials, manuals, and visual aids
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new agents and customer service staff
- Train users on mobile money features, e-commerce tools, and compliance
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Maintain training attendance records and performance tracking
- Update training content based on product updates and market needs
- Support digital literacy campaigns in the community
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align training goals
- Provide refresher training and performance coaching as needed
- Conduct field visits to assess agent performance and provide on-site support
- Organize workshops and awareness sessions for merchants and users
- Ensure training aligns with regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and troubleshooting guides
- Report training outcomes and recommendations to management
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or ICT
- 2+ years of experience in training or facilitation
- Strong presentation and instructional skills
- Knowledge of mobile money and digital commerce platforms
- Bilingual proficiency in Dari and English
