- Provide support in taking patient history and perform physical examinations
- Help in formulating differential diagnoses and basic treatment plans
- Assist in procedures (suturing, IV placement, catheterization)
- Monitor patient progress and document in medical records
- Assist in managing common illnesses (malaria, TB, CHF)
- Assist in OR, pre/post-op care, wound management
- Provide support in conduct growth monitoring, vaccination
- Assist deliveries, prenatal checks
- Interpret basic lab results and imaging studies
- Provide support in ordering appropriate diagnostic tests
- Help in present cases during rounds
- Attend teaching rounds and medical seminars
- Participate in morbidity/mortality conferences
- Complete assigned medical readings
- Education: Graduated from a recognized university in the field of medical within last 2 years
- Skills:
- Clinical knowledge across major specialties
- Basic emergencies and life support skills
- Moderate skills in medical documentation
- Fluency in Dari/Pashto; medical English required
Experience: Fresh Graduate with no experience
