§ This includes all blow molding, ejection molding equipment, Shrink wrapper, labeler, compressors, product preparation systems, packaging lines conveyors and associated equipment.
§ Assist to ensure compliance with all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards.
§ Will work closely with line supervisors and other team leaders from various departments on work requests.
§ Assist to support all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic needs for the industrial operation.
§ Help in Ensuring all blow molding and packaging equipment is operating effectively and that conveyors and related equipment operate safely and efficiently.
§ Assist in the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
§ Assist to complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the supervisor.
§ Learn and practice to maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
§ Assist to schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program".
§ Assist in monitoring all work if being performed by outside contractors.
§ Assist team in 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
§ Being available on cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.
§ Assist to complete grounds work as directed by supervisor/related manager which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas.
§ Learn and practice to maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
§ Assist to assure safety standards are used during the work which comply with the company EOSH department guidelines.
§ Assist to ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
§ Any other special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined by supervisor/related manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- Ability to speak, write and read English language.
- Knowledge of computer in MS Office.
