- Develop and deliver a practical, hands-on MEAL curriculum.
- Train participants on logframes, indicator tracking, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and real-case exercises.
- Provide actionable insights for strengthening MEAL systems.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on MEAL experience in humanitarian/development sectors.
- Proven record in facilitating training for diverse groups.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEAL tools & participatory methods.
- Experience working in Afghanistan or similar contexts is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto is required; English is a plus.
