Planning and Reporting
1. Prepare monthly activity plans for the education project in line with the project’s goals and expected results.
2. Develop lesson plans for classes based on the curriculum and educational objectives.
3. Prepare and submit regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) progress reports to the main office.
4. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the progress of educational activities.
5. Ensure that all plans and reports are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
6. Participate in planning meetings with the monitoring and program teams for better coordination.
Monitoring and Evaluation
1. Conduct regular monitoring of educational classes and field activities.
2. Evaluate the quality of teaching and the effective implementation of the curriculum.
3. Check and control the attendance of teachers and students in the field.
4. Observe and review teachers’ teaching methods during lessons.
5. Identify challenges during project implementation and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Prepare monitoring reports from the field with photos, findings, and recommendations.
7. Coordinate with the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) department to collect accurate field data.
8. Ensure compliance with child protection policies and educational quality standards.
Capacity Building
1. Identify the training needs of teachers, supervisors and social workers.
2. Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions for capacity building.
3. Support and assist teachers in learning new teaching methodologies.
4. Conduct model lessons to improve teachers’ teaching techniques.
5. Assist teachers in preparing lesson objectives and classroom activities.
6. Provide guidelines and teaching materials for teachers and project staff.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and prepare reports on the results.
8. Coordinate with the HR department to design staff development plans.
9. Create a motivating environment for experience sharing and improving teachers’ educational skills.
Other Duties
1. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Program Director.
2. Maintain effective relationships with educational authorities, community councils, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or other relevant fields
- At least four years of experience as a Master Trainer with NGOS.
- Fluency in national languages (Dari and Pashto) and good command of English.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
