- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive short-term and long-term marketing strategies
- Lead and supervise the marketing team and coordinate all marketing activities
- Plan and execute advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns across online and offline channels
- Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee content creation for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs, budgets, performance metrics, and ROI
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Manage and support events, exhibitions, and corporate promotional activities
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles and tools
- Proven experience in brand management, campaign planning, and execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and content development skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing software
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in formal languages (written and verbal)
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
