duties

Key Role:

Create consumer demand through mass media campaigns, promotional activations, and brand positioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaign concepts for product launches
  • Coordinate with Moby creative teams (Tolo TV, Lemar TV, radio, social media)
  • Plan and book media schedules (TV spots, radio, digital, outdoor)
  • Design consumer promotions (discounts, bundles, sampling)
  • Create in-store POS materials (posters, shelf talkers, danglers)
  • Manage influencer partnerships and digital content creation
  • Track campaign performance (reach, awareness, sales lift)
  • Monthly marketing budget management and ROI reporting
  • Competitive brand monitoring and market research

qualification

  • 3-5 years marketing experience in FMCG or media industry
  • Proven experience launching brands or campaigns in Afghanistan
  • Strong understanding of TV, radio, and digital media planning
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience working with media agencies or in-house creative teams
  • Budget management and ROI analysis skills
  • Fluent in Dari/Pashto and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
