1. Marketing Planning & Execution
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
· Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including print media broadcast, outdoor, events, and social media digital platform.
· Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and trade marketing activities.
2. Digital Presence & Content Management
· Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and SEO optimization.
· Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
· Monitor digital analytics and prepare monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Brand Identity & Visual Standards
· Ensure consistent use of brand elements including logo, color palette, font styles, and design templates across all departments and materials.
· Maintain and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external communications.
· Coordinate with graphic designers and vendors to produce branded materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and packaging.
4. Coordination & Reporting
· Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
· Maintain marketing calendars, activity trackers, and campaign documentation.
· Prepare regular reports and updates for GM and Country Sales Manager on marketing performance and upcoming initiatives.
5. Event & Activation Support
· Assist in planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, community activations, and internal engagement activities.
· Coordinate logistics, branding, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
6. Operational & Creative Support
· Maintain a library of marketing assets and ensure version control.
· Support market research and competitor analysis efforts.
· Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing expenses.
· Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer-facing industries.
· Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
· Fluency in English and local languages (Dari/Pashto) preferred.
