• Communicate with clients via Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram
• Manage initial inquiries, FAQs, and onboarding
• Create and manage social media posts, stories, and engagement
• Use our CRM (Client Management System) to track and manage leads
• Prepare reports, maintain client data, and documentation
• Collaborate with the international marketing team in Mexico City & Monterrey
• Submit daily activity logs and performance updates
• Female applicants only (based in Afghanistan)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communication, or sales
• Strong communication skills in Dari, Pashto, and English
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram)
• Strong computer and internet skills and English proficiency
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required)
• Must own a computer, smartphone, and reliable internet
