Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, events…) to promote GPS tracking and fleet management solutions.
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence (website and all social media platforms) with relevant content, case studies and product updates.
• Coordinate content creation (posts, blog articles, basic creatives, landing pages) and work with designers/agency where needed.
• Support SEO and basic digital marketing activities (keyword research, on-page updates, performance tracking).
• Create and manage marketing databases and mailing lists, ensuring clean and updated lead records.
• Track and report campaign performance and lead generation results on a regular basis.
2. Business Development Support
• Research and identify potential clients and market segments (logistics companies, transport operators, distribution, cold chain, construction, rental, etc.).
• Qualifying inbound leads and route them to the sales with clear background and needs. • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media outreach) to book meetings and demos for the selling purpose.
• Prepare company profiles, product presentations, proposals, and basic tender documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Support participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences (planning,
coordination, follow-up).
3. Coordination, Reporting & Internal Alignment
• Coordinate between marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth handover of leads.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities, lead pipeline, and business development progress.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing and offerings and share insights with management
. • Support the development and updating of sales tools (brochures, decks, FAQs, pricing sheets, sector-specific one-pagers)
• Assist with customer feedback collection and basic satisfaction surveys to support product/feature improvements.
• Other related tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales coordination (B2B preferred).
• Experience in GPS tracking, telematics or fleet management is a strong plus. • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Meta/Google Ads) is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dari, Pashto and English)
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and basic sales processes. • Good research skills and ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Solid writing skills for professional emails, proposals, and marketing content.
• Comfortable with numbers and reporting (campaign metrics, lead KPIs, conversion rates).
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic design skills (Canva, etc.) are a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in speaking with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and results driven.
