1. Being honest and faithful on assigned tasks.
2. Learn and practice to make sure that the building system in head office and other branches are working properly without failure.
3. Assist to check all offices as per checklist every morning
4. Help in calling to all branches on weekly basis to ensure the building all system is working properly.
5. Assist Maintenance Officer to have proper records of all bank building assets.
6. Help Maintenance officer must have enough equipment Items such as (cement, Pipe, Lock, etc…) in the stock in case of need he has to handle the problem.
7. Assist maintaining and distribution of tea, sugar, chocolate, and milk to departments.
8. Assist to process paper works of building issues.
9. To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by admin manager/Dy Admin Manager.
Qualifications:
· BBA, BSc, Economics, 2024 graduate
· No experience required
