Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist with the scheduling and organization of lectures, tutorials, and seminars.

·      Coordinate communication between faculty members and administrative departments.

·      Support the preparation and distribution of teaching materials and course outlines.

·      Maintain student attendance records and assist with tracking academic progress.

·      Provide administrative support during examination periods, including invigilation and logistics.

·      Assist with the compilation and analysis of student feedback and teaching evaluations.

·      Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) with up-to-date course content and documentation.

·      Participate in meetings related to curriculum development and academic planning.

·      Perform other duties as assigned by the Teaching Affairs Coordinator or Faculty Dean.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

·      Currently pursuing or recently completed an LLB or equivalent legal studies degree.

·      Good verbal and written communication.

·      Basic in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS platforms.

·      Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

·      Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

·      Interest in academic administration and legal education.

 

Learning Opportunities:

·      Exposure to university-level academic operations.

·      Practical experience in educational coordination and legal academia.

·      Interaction with experienced law faculty and administrative staff.
