• Ability to install PTP and PTMP links.
• Install internet links and provide network consultation services to clients, assist them in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Install devices on telecom towers.
• Ability to install and configure network devices (Router, Switch, Rack, etc.).
• Evaluate office technical equipment for diagnosis, repair, and installation in the network.
• Record and maintain customer troubleshooting forms, and share issue-resolution timelines with the customer and the company.
• Install links and connect technical equipment according to predefined plans and schedules in due time.
• Analyze issues in links or technical devices to determine and implement the best possible solutions promptly.
• Prepare and hand over training files/instructions to customers for better usage of the network.
• Visit customer sites to inspect technical devices, diagnose problems, and resolve them as quickly as possible.
• Maintain and support all installed links.
• Inspect, audit, and review company equipment installed at customer locations to prevent future issues and provide recommendations for network improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• CCNA
• MTCNA
• Familiarity with Mikrotik CCR routers
• Strong knowledge of Mikrotik, UBNT, Ubiquiti, and Mimosa devices
