- Receive and prioritize tasks and instructions from the Techno-Commercial and Collection Departments to ensure timely problem resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the Techno-Commercial Department to support customer retention efforts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving connectivity issues and ensuring consistent, reliable internet performance.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting connectivity problems such as speed fluctuations, dropouts, or hardware misconfigurations.
- Support relocation and adjustment of devices including CPEs, routers, and access points to optimize network performance.
- Ensure all installations comply with required signal strength, stability, and performance standards.
- Educate customers on proper equipment usage, placement, and best practices for maintaining optimal internet performance.
- Accurately document support visits, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
- Coordinate with network operations and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct customer site visits to install, configure, and optimize internet connectivity.
- Perform signal strength tests and ensure correct antenna or radio alignment for stable wireless service.
- Provide both on-site and remote technical support as needed.
- Ensure internet performance meets maximum quality and signal standards prior to closing support tickets.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless networking, technical support, or related IT roles.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, VLANs, and RF theory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand customer requirements, support retention efforts, and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Dari and/or Pashto is required.
- Ability to work in field conditions, including at heights and outdoor environments.

UISP (Ubiquiti Internet Service Provider) Certifications:
- UBWA – Broadband Wireless Admin
- ▸ RF expertise, wireless link design, interference troubleshooting
- UBRSS – Broadband Routing & Switching Specialist
- ▸ VLANs, OSPF, BGP, routing and switching fundamentals
- UBWS – Broadband Wireless Specialist
- ▸ Field-level wireless deployment skills (towers, radios, LOS checks)
UniFi Certifications:
- UFSP – UniFi Full Stack Professional
- UWA – UniFi Wireless Admin
- URSCA – UniFi Routing, Switching & Cybersecurity Admin
- UNP – UniFi Network Professional
- UniFi Wireless Specialist
Cisco Certifications:
- CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate
- CCNP: Cisco Certified Network Professional
Microsoft Certifications:
- MCITP: Microsoft Certified IT Professional
