1. IT Systems & Infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of network systems (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
2. Technical Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain an IT help/support log and follow up on reported issues.
3. Software & Data Management
- Install, update, and manage operating systems and required software.
- Ensure regular data backups and assist in data recovery when needed.
- Support the use of office applications, email systems, and internal platforms.
4. Security & Compliance
- Implement basic IT security measures (antivirus, access control, password policies).
- Protect systems from viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
- Prepare basic technical reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
6. Coordination & Improvement
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
- Suggest upgrades and improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Support the organization during technical audits or system upgrades.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or technical roles.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and office software.
- Basic understanding of networking, internet configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with data backup and IT security practices.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred (Optional)
- Experience with servers, CCTV systems, or biometric devices.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or networking basics).
