· Manage and maintain office network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
· Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve hardware/software problems promptly.
· Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, access controls, and antivirus measures.
· Configure, deploy, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
· Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
· Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting network and hardware issues.
· Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions as required.
· Document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
· Collaborate with vendors and service providers for support and procurement.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· At least 3 years proven experience in managing office networks and IT infrastructure.
· Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
· Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking.
· Knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux) is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
