- Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Assist staff with basic computer, printer, and network problems
- Assist in installing and configuring software applications
- Help maintain IT equipment inventory
- Learn and practice to perform routine system updates and backups
- Assist in network monitoring
- Set up new user accounts and email addresses
- Assist to provide basic staff training on office applications
- Help IT officer to create user manuals for common IT processes
- Help maintain IT documentation and asset records
- Support website/content updates (if applicable)
- Help enforce IT security policies
- Assist in antivirus updates and system scans
- Support data protection measures
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT
Experience:
- Fresh graduate with no experience
Technical Skills:
- Basic networking knowledge
- Hardware assembly/maintenance
- Dari/Pashto fluency and English understanding
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Ankaboot Internet Service Provider ) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
