- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including system errors, network connectivity, and software malfunctions.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

- A degree or certification in Graphic Design, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
