- Perform installation, activation, and troubleshooting of wireless links in accordance with company guidelines.
- Installation and Troubleshooting of PTP, PTMP links ( Ubnt and Mikrotik Devices)
- Execute the installation, activation, and troubleshooting of microwave links following established protocols.
- Install and configure LAN network devices to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Troubleshoot LAN network devices and provide the best solution in case of second option availability.
- Conduct surveys for network projects, arrange requirements, and implement solutions as needed.
- Easy Connect wireless base stations maintenance and resolving 1st level base station issues (in cooperation with Head Office)
- Installing Wire and Wireless equipment at Easy Connect wireless base stations and ensuring 100% functionality upon completion.
- Integrating technical solutions successfully done on-site and sharing it with other team members for future use.
- Detailed daily and weekly reports to under-assigned manager
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science and/ or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in network installation and troubleshooting or a relevant field.
- Knowledge and certification of CCNA and MTCNA is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
