Customer Support: Troubleshoot connectivity issues for residential and enterprise customers.
LAN Network Maintenance: Configure and maintain ISP infrastructure, including fiber optics, DSL, and wireless networks.
Proficiency in RADIUS, PPPoE, DHCP, and DNS management
Knowledge of fiber optics and wireless technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud storage solutions
Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux OS troubleshooting
Bandwidth Management: Implement QoS and traffic shaping to ensure fair bandwidth distribution.
Equipment Configuration: Set up and troubleshoot CPEs (Customer Premises Equipment) like routers, modems, and ONTs.
Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnose network issues via SSH, Telnet, and remote management tools.
Incident Management: Log and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution
Collaboration: Work with Tier 3 engineers, vendors, and NOC team to resolve escalated issue
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Network, or a related field.
2 Years of experience in ISP Support, ICT Solution level. CCNA is plus point
Strong expertise in fiber optics, microwave links, PTP, PTMP, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills using packet capture tools (Wireshark, TCP dump)
Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti, or Huawei networking equipment Knowledge of fiber optics and wireless technologies
