· Understand and assess the ISP and business solution requirements of small, medium, and large enterprise customers.
· Collaborate effectively with IT, Network, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service on time delivery.
· Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer growth targets.
· Generate, qualify, and follow up on business leads and sales opportunities to drive conversions.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations; arrange meetings with prospective clients to showcase services and solutions.
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and sales requests.
· Identify target customers through detailed market research and develop tailored engagement strategies.
· Coordinate ISP services promotions and marketing activities to attract and retain customers.
· Prepare and maintain regular reports, including sales activity, pipeline progress, follow-ups, and goal achievement updates.
· Develop and implement marketing action plans; maintain accurate and updated customer databases and sales records.
· Review and monitor daily tenders for ISP and solutions related project opportunities and prepare bid documents as required.
· Map potential business customers and assess their connectivity and service requirements.
· Conduct regular market visits to promote ISP products and execute direct (door-to-door) marketing and sales activities.
· Coordinate with customers, send quotations, proposals, and follow up on feedback or negotiations.
· Follow up with clients regarding advance payments and ensure smooth financial processing.
· Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the line manager.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field, Computer Science (BCS), ICT, or Telecommunication Engineering.
Experience: Proven track record in sales of ISP and ICT/Business Solutions, preferably within telecom or ISP sectors.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of ISP and business solutions offered by telecom and ISP companies.
- Solid technical knowledge of ISP and business solutions, including Connectivity/E1, IP bandwidth, Bulk SMS, M2M, Data SIMs, Call Center, PABX, short codes, routing, and hosting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt new knowledge effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, work ethic, and customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in complex, dynamic settings.
