Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory in the system and stock registers.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained according to organizational needs and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Implement and monitor stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
Warehouse & Asset Management
- Ensure safe storage, labeling, and arrangement of items in the warehouse.
- Track and update the asset register for all equipment and fixed assets.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for proper delivery and storage of items.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly inventory and stock reports.
- Provide updates on inventory status to management and relevant departments.
- Maintain updated records of stock cards, bin cards, and asset registers.
Compliance & Control
- Ensure adherence to organizational inventory management policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits related to stock and asset management.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately to management.
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with procurement and finance teams to reconcile stock usage with purchase orders and payments.
- Support project/program teams by timely provision of requested stock items.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory systems and best practices.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
· Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in inventory/warehouse management.
· Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and reporting.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
· Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
