- Support day-to-day GPS platform operations: create user accounts, activate devices, verify data, and assist with QA checks on Android/iOS apps.
- Assist with Teltonika device basics (documentation, configuration checklists) and coordinate with the technical team for installation scheduling.
- Customer support via WhatsApp, Facebook and advertisements
- Handle customer inquiries in Dari/Pashto (English is a plus) via phone/WhatsApp; provide clear, polite, and timely responses.
- Perform professional follow-ups with leads until installation/training is scheduled; maintain accurate records in shared trackers/CRM.
- Prepare simple proposals/quotations and support onboarding/training materials for clients (screen-recorded demos, short guides).
- Collaborate with the software/ops team on basic data checks, documentation (SOPs, user guides), and inventory logs.
- Assist with social media responses (comments/messages) and forward relevant requests to the right team member.
- Students or recent graduates in Computer Science/IT, Electronics/Telecom, Business/Management, or related fields.
- Good English reading/writing and communication; Dari and/or Pashto required.
- Solid computer skills: MS Word/Excel, email, file sharing (Google Drive/WeTransfer), and internet research.
- Strong willingness to learn, be punctual, and deliver daily tasks; comfortable with phone and WhatsApp communication.
