- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, documents, and records in an orderly manner.
- Draft, edit, and prepare official letters, reports, and internal communications.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes when required.
- Support data entry, database updates, and preparation of simple reports for management use.
- Help in organizing office supplies, monitoring inventory, and ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, appointments, and logistics for staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of official documents.
- Provide support in organizing events, workshops, and trainings, including preparation of materials and participant coordination.
- Ensure effective communication within the department by relaying messages and following up on assigned tasks.
- Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental needs.
- High school graduate.
- Basic knowledge of using a computer, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible with assigned tasks.
