- Provide direct patient care to critically ill individuals, including those with multi-organ failure or on mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians in physical examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Respond to emergencies using advanced life-saving techniques.
- Support the coordination of patient transfers and discharges.
- Educate patients and families on care procedures, recovery plans, and health maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked ICU environment.
- Registered Nursing Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office and clinical software)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure and emergencies with calm precision
