- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to employment, compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Assist with performance management procedures and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR systems and procedures.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives such as wellness programs, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement activities.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience as HR officer or other HR position.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Ability to travel to other provinces.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
