1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage recruitment of medical and non-medical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin, support staff)
- Prepare job advertisements, short-list candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding, orientation, and induction of new employees
- Maintain updated staffing plans and vacancy records
2. Personnel Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate employee files (contracts, IDs, licenses, attendance, leave records)
- Ensure confidentiality of staff records
- Prepare employment letters (appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning, termination)
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and leave management
- Coordinate with finance for payroll preparation
- Track overtime, night shifts, and duty rosters (especially for clinical staff)
4. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Support supervisors in setting performance goals
- Record disciplinary actions and follow hospital procedures
5. Training & Staff Development
- Identify training needs for hospital staff
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Maintain training records and certificates
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Certification or training in HR Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of labor laws and hospital HR practices
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (hospital or healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience working with multidisciplinary medical teams is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Language Requirements
- Fluency in local languages (Dari / Pashto)
- English proficiency preferred
