- Develop, maintain and update internal rules and regulations, staff management policy, recruitment, promotion and sanction procedures.
- Ensure the update and implementation of HR procedures and tools on the base offices.
- Plan recruitments and participate to recruitment interviews.
- Lead training and professional development needs assessment and analysis and ensure the provision of focused and precise development programs for MAGNA staff and partners.
- Staff evaluation processes to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization.
- Manage monthly payroll and make sure the payroll is generating smoothly, accuracy and consistencies.
- Make sure to enter all required information related to staff in database.
- Prepare the monthly HR reports that include HR strategy and HRIS.
- Ensure the salary, benefits and contract are inconformity with the monthly payroll and payment.
- Provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers, staff, and partners on daily HR issues, especially in regards to recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Contribute to the construction of the annual training plan of the base, to its implementation and to its achievement report
- Develop relationships with partners in the frame of the recruitment and training policies.
- Support staff and managers for career and competence development.
- Manage HR processes and activities to ensure they meet latest agency, donor, and local legal requirements and standards and reflect best practices.
- Monitor all recruiting activities, and participate in interviews as required, to ensure transparency and timely recruitment.
Ensure proper follow-up of the procedures, implementation and respect of the annual appraisal planning.
Bachelors’ degree in management (business, HR), administration, or a related field.
Working experience of at least 5 years in relevant and similar jobs (managing a workforce of 50-100 personnel).Desirable working experience with MAGNA or other NGOs, in developing countries.Essential mission working language and English.Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet)Desirable HR (Homere)
