- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, reference checks).
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Afghan labor law and company policies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
- Support performance appraisal processes and track staff development needs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally.
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave management, workforce data).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary data (absences, overtime, bonuses).
- Contribute to staff training and capacity-building initiatives.
- Support HR projects and contribute to the overall improvement of HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the private sector.
- Good knowledge of Afghan labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and working knowledge of English.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
