duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, reference checks).
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with Afghan labor law and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and track staff development needs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally.
  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave management, workforce data).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary data (absences, overtime, bonuses).
  • Contribute to staff training and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Support HR projects and contribute to the overall improvement of HR systems.

qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the private sector.
  • Good knowledge of Afghan labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and working knowledge of English.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
