- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Develop, manage, and oversee payroll and compensation processes to ensure timely and accurate salary distribution
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs for employees to enhance skills and professional development.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Develop compensation and benefits plans to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support organizational change management and workforce planning.
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Work Environment
- Full-time position, office-based with occasional travel as required.
- Collaborative work with department heads and senior management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager with minimum experience of five years or in a senior HR role.
- Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and email communication.
- Must be able to speak Dari, Pashto and English.
