duties

  • Assist the HR team in maintaining employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, scheduling interviews, and organizing candidate documents.
  • Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Assist in updating HR databases and systems with employee information.
  • Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
  • Help prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Officer or supervisor.


qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field. 2024 Graduate.
  • Experience: No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Language (Dari, Pashto and English)
