- Assist the HR team in maintaining employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, scheduling interviews, and organizing candidate documents.
- Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
- Assist in updating HR databases and systems with employee information.
- Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
- Help prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Officer or supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field. 2024 Graduate.
- Experience: No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Language (Dari, Pashto and English)
