- Assist team in registering new Employees in the HRMS system.
- Help with updating HRMS registrations.
- Provide contribution in archiving all JDs department-wise and update them regularly.
- Assist team in providing reports from the profile of the staff and the HRMS.
- Learn HRMS Administration
- Contribute in entering data into the HRMS new system and generating a report.
- Learn to process all types of letters (promotion, transfer, demotion, warning, and termination with Sahar Hanafi.
- Helping with team in staff attendance (Register and transfer of staff finger)
- Assist team in arranging and taking tests from candidates and internships.
- Contribute team in checking of ID card and Dress Code on a weekly basis.
- To assist in any other task instructed by the line manager.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Economics, BCS, or LLB (Male graduates of 2024; female graduates from 2021 onward).
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office is required
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Islamic Bank of Afghanistan) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
