- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Database Management Section.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation (both hard and soft copies).
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of personnel documents.
- Scan and archive personal files and documents as per HR filing protocols.
- Support in issuing HR documents to new joiners and provide necessary guidance on them.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee induction programs, and engagement activities.
- Help draft and circulate internal HR communications and notices.
- Assist in recruitment tasks such as screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Provide support to other HR sections as and when required.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support the HR team in preparing reports, trackers, and updating HR databases.
- Participate in the digitization of HR records and data entry tasks.
Education:
- BBA / Banking & Finance / Economics or other related fields (Male graduates of 2024)
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Interest in HR tasks and organizational development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong sense of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Azizi Bank ) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
