- Lead sales development across Afghanistan (Kabul, Mazar-i-Sharif, Herat, Kandahar, Jalalabad).
- Analyze the market daily: prices, competitor volumes, promotions, product movements.
- Build and expand a key client base including:
- Flour, wheat, oil wholesalers,
- Oil depots and gas station networks,
- Poultry farms, mills, feed mills,
- Distributors, wholesale warehouses, humanitarian and government buyers.
- Negotiate and sign contracts, represent the company in Afghanistan.
- Control distribution and warehouses (Hairatan, Towrgondi, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
- Participate in negotiations with international organizations (WFP, NGOs).
- Explore transit opportunities to Pakistan.
Skills:
- 5–7 years’ experience in trade (grains, oils, legumes, petroleum products).
- Knowledge of the Afghan market structure: Mandawi, warehouses, oil depots, poultry farms, mills, feed factories.
- Skills in negotiation, analytics, and leadership.
- Mobility, diplomacy, honesty, integrity, punctuality, stress resistance.
Qualifications
- Higher education (economics, trade, agrobusiness).
- Languages: Dari/Farsi, Pashto (mandatory), Russian (mandatory), English (preferable).
