- Develop, implement, and monitor the organization’s risk management framework across all operational, credit, liquidity, market, and compliance areas.
- Identify, assess, and manage organizational risks while ensuring alignment with regulatory and Sharia principles.
- Oversee portfolio risk management, perform stress testing, and maintain early-warning systems.
- Advise on risk-related aspects of Sharia-compliant products, particularly Murabaha financing.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure strong internal controls.
- Prepare and present periodic risk reports to the Board of Supervisors and senior management.
- Train staff on risk awareness, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Islamic finance products (Murabaha preferred).
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
