- Sales Strategy: Build and execute a scalable sales playbook to land the first 10 institutional contracts, refining strategies based on real-world feedback.
- Strategic Alliances: Establish relationships with wellness officers, HR leaders, and education boards to integrate Blissio.ai into their ecosystems.
- Market Expansion: Drive adoption of Blissio.ai by targeting key demographics (students, professionals, parents) and tailoring pitches to their needs.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads, using cold outreach and networking to generate opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team, accessing decks, assets, and dev team support to craft compelling pitches and solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, deal progress, and market feedback to inform strategy and product development.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Blissio.ai’s mission to fight digital addiction, embodying our values in every interaction.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales or partnership development, with a track record of closing deals in any industry.
- Sales Acumen: Expertise in cold outreach (emails, calls, DMs) and converting objections into opportunities.
- Passion for the Mission: A deep disdain for the manipulative tactics of social media platforms and a commitment to promoting mindful tech use.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, with founder-like energy, and write the sales playbook from scratch.
