Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain brand-aligned visual materials for Setaragan Mutahed Company and Star Pay.
- Ensure consistency of logos, color palettes, typography, and design standards across all platforms.
- Support brand positioning by translating concepts into compelling visual designs.
2. Marketing & Promotional Materials
- Design marketing assets including:
- Social media posts, banners, and advertisements
- Posters, flyers, brochures, roll-ups, and billboards
- Campaign visuals for digital payment products and services
- Create visually engaging content for product launches, promotions, and awareness campaigns.
3. Digital & UI Support
- Design graphics for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital platforms related to Star Pay.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing layouts.
- Optimize designs for different screen sizes and digital formats.
4. Corporate & Internal Communications
- Design corporate documents, presentations, reports, and infographics.
- Support HR and internal communications with visually clear materials such as training content, announcements, and guidelines.
5. Content Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and management teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Incorporate feedback professionally and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.
6. Quality Control & File Management
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy and high quality.
- Maintain organized design files and archives in line with company standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience working with corporate brands, financial institutions, fintech, or service-oriented organizations is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is an asset.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, clear visuals.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Dari and/or Pashto is a strong advantage.
