- Conceptualize and design visual materials for social media, print, advertising, and digital platforms.
- Develop creative layouts for posters, brochures, carousels, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all regions and platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate campaign concepts into visuals.
- Prepare and optimize artwork for web, print, and video use.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
- Edit and produce high-quality promotional videos, ads, and reels.
- Add motion graphics, animation, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- Work with raw footage from studio shoots, events, and social media content.
- Ability of Video Recording and studio setup.
- Manage video color correction, audio balancing, and final render optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video formats, social media dynamics, and editing tools.
Creative Direction & Collaboration:
- Provide design and video solutions that align with marketing strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets within the production calendar.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in design and video production or any media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
- Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of social media content creation (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points):
- Knowledge of photography and lighting setup.
- Basic understanding of sound design or motion template creation.
