- Design graphics for social media posts, online/offline advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials and ensure all designs are consistent with Aurum Afghanistan brand identity.
- Design logos, Posters, brochures, branding materials, infographics, and other visual content using design software such as CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop and etc.
- Develop and create marketing materials, including posters, banners, and promotional videos and items such as notebooks, pens, and office supplies.
- Create photobooks and informative booklets and company profile that follow graphic design and communication guidelines.
- Create and edit high-quality images with a strong communication perspective.
- Great photography and videography skills to capture high-quality images and videos for marketing purpose.
- Content Creation Skills, and Conduct site visits and interviews with customers to gather feedback and make testimonials.
- Be familiar with video formats optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Demonstrate familiarity with printing processes, material specifications, and printing technologies.
- Plan, Manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all Aurum Afghanistan social media accounts.
- Create compelling content for social media and online campaigns that drive audience engagement and brand awareness and monitor and analyze the performance of posts, campaigns, and advertisements and provide regular report with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all visual and written contents aligns with Aurum Afghanistan’s vision, mission and strategy. And stay update on latest trends and best practices in graphic design, social media and digital marketing.
- Perform any other task assigned by the line manager.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information and communication technologies, graphic design, or related fields.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information and communication technologies, graphic design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effect and other design software).
- Creating stunning motion graphics for social media and video ads.
- Proven experience in conducting design and visual communication for customers.
- Direct working experience in the areas of graphic design, branding, and providing creative solutions in the field of graphic design.
- Time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English is a plus.
