He/She will work under the overall guidance of the Chief Executive Officer and under direct supervision of the Business Advisor. And will work in close collaboration with the Business department and will fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

Contribute to Training Materials:

  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all branding and marketing assets.
  • Create visually appealing designs for both digital platforms and print materials.

Design Social Media Graphics:

  • Develop engaging and creative visual content for social media campaigns.
  • Tailor designs to suit different platforms and audiences

Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign results and make recommendations for improvement.

Create Bilingual Content (Dari and Pashto):

  • Produce Marketing content for social media and other marketing channels in both Dari and Pashto.
  • Ensure that videos are culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the Software Development and Business Departments to align design efforts with project goals.
  • Incorporate team feedback into design deliverables efficiently and effectively.

Assist in Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Align design work with marketing strategies and product campaigns.
  • Deliver marketing content on time and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Track and Report on Design Impact:

  • Monitor audience engagement with digital content and design assets.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to optimize visual communication strategies.

Cultural Sensitivity in Content Creation:

  • Design materials that resonate with local audiences, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Ensure that all created content respects local customs, traditions, and language nuances, particularly in the Dari and Pashto-speaking communities.

Recruitment Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Three year of experience in above mentioned field.
