- Design Creation: Produce visually compelling graphics for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns, etc.) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and communicate the company's vision and values effectively.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, etc.) to translate business requirements into creative design solutions.
- Conceptualization: Conceptualize and create original designs that engage and inform the target audience.
- Content Adaptation: Adapt designs across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and optimization for various formats (mobile, desktop, etc.).
- Image Editing: Edit and enhance photos and other visual assets as needed for marketing campaigns.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into final design solutions.
Education Background:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web platforms.
- Experience with social media design and digital marketing assets.
Qualification & Requirement:
- Fluent at English and local lingual.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design concepts and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
