✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in mineral exploration (preferred).
✅ Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geological fieldwork, preferably in mining or resource exploration.
- Hands-on experience with geological mapping, mineral identification, and survey equipment.
✅ Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mineral resources and geological formations in Afghanistan.
- Proficiency in GIS tools, geologic software, and field data recording.
- Understanding of mining operations, drilling techniques, and exploration strategies.
- Fluency in Pashto & Dari; working knowledge of English is preferred.
