- Manage and supervise all retail operations for the paint division.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Oversee store staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store layout meet company standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for the CEO.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in building materials or paint sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing retail teams.
- Good understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic business software.
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
Additional Information
- Must be based in Kabul or Jalalabad depending on the assigned location.
- Willingness to travel within Afghanistan for business purposes.
