Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
Lead organizational change initiatives and drive innovation across all departments.
Represent the company in key industry events, professional associations, and with regulatory authorities.
Operational Management
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across distribution, supply chain, and logistics.
Monitor inventory forecasting, stock planning, and timely product availability
Directs all aspects of the business operations, including purchasing, scheduling, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, and customer service.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity and reduce costs.
To ensure stock pickup from warehouse and secure transportation and Inventory proper reporting.
Financial Management
To follow up of stock purchase and sell out with Finance Manager.
Ensure profitability through efficient cost control and revenue generation.
Evaluate investment opportunities and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions.
Works to ensure that the facility’s financial goals are met, including monthly profitability targets.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance
Ensure all products and processes comply with national and international regulatory requirements (AFDA, MoH and etc.).
Collaborate with quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and legal teams to maintain product and operational compliance. Oversee audits, inspections, and certifications.
Oversee quality assurance and quality control systems to maintain product integrity.
Maintain strong relationships with health authorities and oversee audits and inspections.
Sales, Marketing & Business Development
Company monthly, yearly sales target achievement within the country
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, and market segments
Oversee sales teams, including managers and field representatives.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and guide corrective actions.
Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Plan product launches and promotional activities in coordination with marketing teams.
Preparing sales budgets and projections of expenditures up to agreed and reporting.
Advising regional team and sales channel on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Overseeing and managing performance of the sales team.
People & Organizational Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Implement training and talent development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Report team annual performance review and appraisals to management.
Education: Bachelor’s or in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, manufacturing processes, R&D, and market dynamics.
