Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration (MBA or master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within similar industry.
Proven experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, and driving business growth.
Experience with international and national NGOs is an advantage.
Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English.
Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.

- Knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
