- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the department
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals
- Manage budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Foster a culture of high performance. Accountability, and continues improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment and communication
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Report to executive leadership and stakeholders on business performance
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, management, a related field (master's preferred )
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
