· Lead and manage daily operation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across department
· Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals
· Manage budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
· Foster and culture of high performance. Accountability, and continues improvement
· Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment and communication
· Maintain compliance with industry regulation and company policies
· Report to executive leadership and stakeholder on business performance
· Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, management, to related field (masters preferred )
· Minimum of 3 year of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
· Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills
· Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
· Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
