Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js / Vue.js / Angular
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, handle server-side logic, and ensure secure, efficient communication between client and server
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL like MongoDB or PostgreSQL) to store, retrieve, and manipulate data
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in both frontend and backend frameworks
- Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and server-side JavaScript
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
- Experience working with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Version control with Git/GitHub
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with deployment tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
