Procurement & Logistics
- Manage procurement of equipment and goods required for FTTH/FTTB projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct vendor coordination, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Facilitate customs clearance for imported goods and equipment.
Inventory Management
- Update and maintain inventory trackers & systems or platforms for purchased goods and equipment.
- Ensure accurate stock records and reconciliation with warehouse and finance teams.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide daily progress reports to AFTEL, highlighting project advancements and milestones.
- Track and follow up on AFTEL requests for potential customers interested in internet services.
- Coordinate effectively with AFTEL to streamline communication and collaboration.
Financial Settlements
- Handle voice and data package payment settlements with AFTEL.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Field Coordination
- Conduct site visits in provinces to oversee project implementation.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with project standards.
General Support
- Execute other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
- Support cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within timelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in procurement, logistics, or project coordination (telecom/FTTH projects preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with FTTH/FTTB equipment, fiber optics, and telecom operations.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Dari; Pashto is an advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to provinces for site visits.
