A. Customer Package Management
Process customer package renewals for FTTH services.
Verify and record payment details for new activations and renewals.
Update customer records in the system accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the billing department for payment reconciliation.
B. Sales & Revenue Collection
Collect cash and digital payments from customers for all FTTH services (installation, renewal, upgrade, router, etc.).
Issue official receipts for all transactions.
Ensure daily deposit of collected cash to the company’s designated account.
Maintain accurate daily cash and sales reports.
C. Router & Equipment Sales
Handle router and device sales to customers based on approved company pricing.
Keep proper sales records and update the system after each sale.
Ensure routers and equipment are distributed as per company policy.
Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the branch supervisor.
D. Inventory Management
Maintain an up-to-date inventory record for routers, ONTs, cables, and related FTTH materials.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for stock replenishment.
Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks with the supervisor.
Maintain accountability for all branch stock items under his/her custody.
E. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily sales, cash, and stock reports for submission to the head office.
Ensure all operations comply with company financial and operational policies.
Report any policy violations, customer complaints, or irregularities immediately.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
Minimum: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in cash handling, retail sales, or telecom operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / ERP / CRM systems.
Good communication skills (Dari, Pashto, and English).
Honest, detail-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
